Motorhead break into the sex toy market with new vibrators
Legendary rock band Motorhead has announced that it is releasing its own range of sex toys. The band's Official Pleasure Collection is following on from a number of songs with slightly risqué titles, including the track Vibrator, which featured on their 1977 debut album.
The range includes four vibrators with bullet or torpedo designs. Each of the sex toys features a design that references the band and their music, creating interesting designs that fans of the band will love.
Vocalist Lemmy Kilmister said of the sex toys: "One of the songs on our debut album was called ‘Vibrator,’ so we had to have our own one day, right. Apparently, it was worth the wait.”
The smallest of the toys available is the Motorhead Ace of Spades ten function black bullet vibrator. The range also includes the Overkill seven function silver power classic vibrator, Overkill ten function silver bullet vibrator and the Ace of Spades seven function black power classic vibrator.
Co-founder of the company that has produced the range, Neal Slateford, explained that the range had been designed to encapsulate the rock and roll lifestyle that fans of the band will appreciate.
“We designed these classic vibes for both fans of Motörhead and rock lovers, as well as those who just want a cool-looking toy to add to their collection," he said.
"The range captures the rock'n'roll lifestyle of the band perfectly, and offers a unique counterpoint to the traditionally pink and purple toys that currently dominate the market.”
With the reputation for being the loudest band on Earth to maintain, we're expecting that this range packs a bit of a punch whether you're using them alone or with a partner. Hopefully they won't deliver the loudest buzz in the world though.
