New condom 'to improve experience'
Individuals need to make sure they use a barrier device such as a condom when having sex.
This is according to R Beau Thompson, who told the Bay Area Report he has developed a new version of the latex product.
It comes with pull down strips that are intended to make it easier to put on and he is hoping that the homosexual market in particular will take to it.
"We are trying to make a difference and to make the experience better so you don't interrupt the moment when putting on a condom," Mr Thompson told the news provider.
He continued by saying that he hoped the use of technology can help to improve the pastime, while also making it safe.
It comes after Dr John Santelli, professor of clinical population and public health at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health, told the Chicago Tribune that the prophylactic can suffer from degradation if it is left in a hot environment for too long.
